Creative Capital is located in the heart of Portland's pearl district in a dynamic shared-office space. The Maddox building is a blend of old and new, past and future, tradition and groundbreaking new trends. A prime example of Portland's commitment to adaptive reuse, the refurbished brick building was once a warehouse but now houses creative minds from across the field. Like the Maddox building, our team brings together innovators and creative talents in disciplines including design, photography, graphic and new digital technology, communication, copy writing, textiles, leather, patternmaking, draping and more. Portland fosters creativity and entrepreneurship across the community so it doesn't take much to be inspired by the makers of the city.
